About me

I'm a Senior Content Designer with deep roots in healthcare and finance. Industries where trust isn't a nice-to-have, it's imperative and often the product.

I've spent my career making high-stakes, highly complex experiences feel intuitive, understandable, and meaningful.

What drives me is the strategy behind blending content and UX. I've always believed that content design and UX design aren't separate lanes and shouldn’t be siloed. You can't write a clear narrative through a product if you weren't in the room when the space was being designed. The words and the experience have to grow together, or one will always be fixing what the other broke.

That means I care about content systems that scale, cross-functional collaboration that actually sticks, and building the kind of shared language that makes whole product teams sharper.

In my current role as squad lead, I act as the connective tissue between designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and risk to translate between the different disciplines and keeping the experience coherent end to end.

Now I'm looking to step into a lead or principal role where I can shape how a team thinks about content, not just what it writes. That means mentoring, setting standards, and advocating for content design and its relationship within the design function as a strategic discipline from day one.
